I loved the details, like location and staff, they were great. Beds were uncomfortable, though it was truly a really good stay. The cocktail bar was lively.

The place was pleasant and fancy and the staff were kind, the location was gorgeous very near a metro station. Unusual breakfast and great service. Also, I enjoyed how top the location was. Such a comfortable experience.

Everything was amazing, had a wonderful stay. Good beds, Wi-Fi, coffee, iron and ironing board were a nice touch. We enjoyed the great pool. The beach was excellent and near our hotel. Huge bar on site.

Flawless service, luxurious room and spectacular location. Unique breakfast with plenty of breads, pastries, fruit, cheese and meats to satisfy every guest. Exceptional view of castle. The staff were eager to help, many of them were fair people.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was so bad.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Omnia that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Our experience was pleasant! It was a big advantage to stay within 10 minutes' stroll from lille zoo.
